Precise Cut scissors have been specially designed by Randy Lowe of Precision Sharp Co. for specific purposes. The PC2 Series are beveled edge to create a more general purpose shear that is supplied with serrated edges or micro-serrated edges to enhance longevity between sharpening.  This line of scissors is made in the USA exclusively for Precision Sharp. The thumb ring is slightly offset which makes the shank of the thumb shorter.
